This unexpected sidelining meant cancellations on the service, necessitating interim arrangements through the passenger charter m/v 'Hyskier'. Unfortunately, the weather conditions during this period added an additional layer of stress, as disruptions to the alternative service were likely due to adverse weather.The challenges continued as the Clansman, while on its route to Coll-Tiree, encountered an obstruction in its stabiliser fin.
