The Aidanova altered its course to facilitate a faster transfer of the young passenger and her mother, who, after a prompt handover at sea, were safely brought to awaiting medical assistance in Laboe. Additionally, on July 1, 2024, while traveling from Copenhagen to Kristiansand, the Aidanova had to make an unscheduled stop at Rydebäck due to a crew member falling ill. The situation was swiftly managed as a helicopter was dispatched from Denmark, safely transporting the ailing crew member to a hospital in Copenhagen.
