Challenges Abound for the Carnival Legend: Legal Turmoil, Engineering Issues, and Operational Changes

Investigations revealed Kelley, who had an extensive history of sexual assault allegations, forcibly assaulted the victim shortly after they met at a party on January 1, 2023. The distressing story unfolded over a two-week trial, exposing Kelley's disturbing pattern of behavior and his previous conviction as a minor for sexual assault.
