In a successful counter-piracy operation, the Dutch naval ship HNLMS Evertsen has apprehended seven suspected pirates aboard a dhow in connection with the recent attack on the Turkish bulk carrier MV Namrun. During the incident, Somali pirates launched an attack on the MV Namrun, utilizing rocket-propelled grenades and small arms while attempting to board the vessel.
