On February 1, 2018, at 10 a.m., the cargo vessel 'Anmare', sailing from Santander to Kolding Harbor, experienced grounding in the Kolding Fjord while transporting sodium sulfate. Fortunately, the incident did not result in any leaks or oil spills, but the ship found itself firmly aground approximately 400 meters from the shoreline, situated between Drejens and Agtrup, just west of Skærbæk.
