On December 14, 2025, the MV Anna Lehmann was detained in Gdańsk due to seven identified deficiencies, with two of them categorized as severe enough to warrant the vessel's detention. These critical issues included a failure to comply with minimum safe manning requirements and a concerning situation regarding crew fitness, namely intoxication leading to unfitness for duty. After addressing these concerns, the vessel was released on December 18 and set sail towards Sillamae, successfully reaching its destination on December 20.

On December 5, 2012, an incident at the Port of Hamburg involved a shore-based mobile crane that accidentally struck the ocean-going vessel 'Anna Lehmann' during cleaning operations. According to police reports, while the crane operator was clearing debris from the quay, the machine collided with the ship, resulting in the breaking of the main mast and antennas. The incident caused damage estimated in the thousands of euros. Despite this mishap, the water police later authorized the vessel's departure from the port.

On March 9, 2012, the cargo vessel 'Anna Lehmann', while traveling from Bristol to St. Petersburg, experienced an engine blackout on the Elbe River. After successfully passing through the Kiel Canal locks in Brunsbuettel at 8 p.m., the vessel had to dock at the railway pilings within the inner port of Brunsbuettel for necessary repairs. Following maintenance, the ship was able to continue its journey on March 10 at 3:30 p.m.
