On February 24, 2018, at approximately noon, the cargo vessel 'Aquitania' experienced an allision while attempting to moor at quay No. 24 in Thessaloniki. The incident occurred when the vessel made contact with the jetty on its port side aft, causing a minor dent to form at the stern. Fortunately, the damage sustained was limited to the ship's fendering system, and no significant injuries or major structural damage were reported.
