Responding swiftly, the Çanakkale Ship Traffic Services dispatched tugs 'Türkeli' and 'Kurtarma 13', along with the lifeboat 'Kiyem 1', to aid in the recovery efforts. By midday on September 18, the damaged 'Clipper Como' was safely moored at coordinates 39° 46.60' N and 025° 58.89' E.
