On March 26, 2017, at approximately 4:40 a.m., the vessel 'Osa' encountered an allision incident at the Kaliningrad port while maneuvering to dock with a pilot on board. Initial reports from the Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (MRCC) indicated that the allision was due to gear issues; however, the owner speculated that it might have been a result of pilot error. During the incident, the foreship made contact with a floating pier, causing damage to a nearby catwalk. A subsequent inspection by Port State Control revealed no deficiencies aboard the 'Osa,' allowing the vessel to proceed to Berth No. 16 for unloading operations.

On January 25, 2012, at approximately 1 p.m., the vessel 'Osa,' which was traveling from Brake to Koge, experienced a navigational error and struck the southern embankment of the Kiel Canal at kilometer marker 10.5 while heading eastbound. This incident occurred just as the vessel was nearing the end of the Kudensee passing point. Fortunately, nearby tug 'Hans,' situated about 3 kilometers away, quickly responded to the situation, arriving at the scene to assist. They successfully pulled the 'Osa' free from the embankment. Following the incident, the 'Osa' continued its journey and reached Kiel, docking at Voith Quay in the North Port around 8:30 p.m. The vessel remained there for several hours while necessary surveys were conducted before it continued its operations.
