Following this observation, authorities took immediate action to detain the ship, which was subsequently docked at the railway station pilings in the canal port. After addressing the overload issue, the ship resumed its journey from Leixões to Horsens on July 17 at 3:15 AM. Following the resolution, 'Ingeborg Pilot' successfully navigated through the Kiel locks and completed its eastbound transit towards the Baltic Sea, reaching the locks in Kiel at 9:00 AM.

On August 14, 2018, at approximately 12:25 p.m., an urgent medical evacuation took place involving a crew member from the vessel 'Ingeborg Pilot.' The incident occurred 13 miles north of Cherbourg when the crew member experienced a sudden illness. The CROSS Jobourg coordinated efforts with the Maritime Medical Consultation Center in Toulouse (CCMM) and the Maritime Medical Coordination SAMU based in Le Havre. Following a detailed assessment, a decision was made to carry out a medevac for the Russian individual. A Dragon helicopter from the Civil Security service in Granville was promptly deployed for the mission. The ship arrived at the Center Port of Fredericia around noon that day. After completing its unloading and repairs, 'Ingeborg Pilot' departed Fredericia again on October 17 at 7 a.m., reaching Assens by 5 p.m., where it docked at Assens Skibsvaerft A/S for repairs at 11 a.m. The vessel then left Assens on December 22 around noon, heading first to Rostock, where it arrived at 11:30 p.m. and continued its journey to Randers on December 23.
