Notably, four of these issues were deemed serious enough to warrant immediate detention. The alarming deficiencies included: 1) Life Saving Appliances - The operational readiness of lifesaving equipment did not meet required standards. 2) Emergency Systems - The emergency power source, specifically the emergency generator, was not compliant with necessary regulations. 3) Labour Conditions - The crew was found to be exposed to harmful ambient conditions that posed a threat to their health. 4) ISM Compliance - The ISM (International Safety Management) certificate was also recognized as invalid. After addressing these issues, the vessel was permitted to leave and set sail on January 15 for Kingston-upon-Hull, where it successfully berthed on January 18.
