On the evening of September 20, 2021, the Port Authority of Rhodes received an urgent alert regarding a medical emergency on board the vessel 'C Horse', which was anchored just outside Rhodes’ port. A 47-year-old crew member was in dire need of immediate medical attention. In response, a lifeboat was promptly dispatched to facilitate the urgent disembarkation of the patient. Once successfully transferred, the crew member was taken to the new marina of Rhodes, where an ambulance awaited to convey him to the General Hospital of Rhodes, ensuring he received the necessary medical treatment without delay.
