Multiple agencies participated in the operation, including the Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans with its MH-65 Dolphin helicopters, the Coast Guard Station New Orleans deploying a 29-foot Response Boat-Small, surface assets from the Port of South Louisiana, a security team from the ZEN-NO Facility, and representatives from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
