On September 10, 2025, the vessel 'Carthage' was detained in the port of Genoa after arriving from Marseille, following an inspection by officials from the Paris Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). During this thorough examination, inspectors identified a total of 25 deficiencies, with six of these classified as serious enough to warrant the ship's detention. After addressing the issues, the 'Carthage' was released on September 13 and successfully berthed at the port of Tunis the following day, September 14.
