This remarkable vessel, with a deadweight tonnage (DWT) of 88,000, was delivered on July 25, 2019, from the Marugame Shipyard operated by Imabari Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. in Japan. The 'Corona Zenith' joins the ranks of 'K' Line's innovative 'Corona series,' a fleet of advanced coal carriers designed specifically for the efficient transportation of thermal coal. These vessels feature a wide beam and shallow draft, allowing them to easily access domestic Thermal Power Stations to unload their valuable cargo.
