Meanwhile, Dan Cisne and Dan Sabia, which have been engaged in a long-term 12-year time-charter with Petrobras Transporte S.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Petrobras SA since their deliveries in 2011 and 2012, will continue their service with the Brazilian oil giant. This strategic acquisition will enhance the NYK Group’s shuttle tanker fleet to a total of 28 vessels, further solidifying the group’s offshore operations and its commitment to crude oil transportation in the North Sea and Brazilian waters.
