On February 23, 2019, the vessel 'Balt Flot 11' faced a steering gear malfunction shortly after docking at St. Petersburg. In response, divers from the Baltic branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution Morspasluzhba were deployed to assess the situation. They discovered an obstruction lodged between a propeller blade and the swivel nozzle, impeding the ship's maneuverability. The divers promptly undertook the task of removing the foreign object and thoroughly cleaning both the propeller and the steering gear mechanism. Once the maintenance was completed, 'Balt Flot 11' resumed its journey, departing from St. Petersburg on February 24, heading towards Sillamae.

In the early hours of August 29, 2016, a maritime incident occurred involving the tanker Balt Flot 11, which allided with the stationary barge B-442 on the river Kama, precisely at the 1429 km marker on the Russian Inner Waterways. The vessel, carrying a cargo of 5010 tons of gasoil, sustained a 70x70 centimeter breach above the waterline at the bow. Fortunately, no environmental spill was reported as a result of the collision. The Balt Flot 11 was on its way to St. Petersburg when the mishap took place.
