Cargo Vessel Harumaru No. 2 Runs Aground Near Omaezaki Port

On March 13, 2015, at 8:45 PM, the cargo ship 'Harumaru No. 2' encountered trouble, running aground off the coast of Omaezaki Port located on Japan's Honshu Island. The vessel was carrying a substantial load of 99 trucks and 84 cars at the time of the incident. Thanks to the prompt assistance from nearby tugs, the ship was successfully refloated the following morning, March 14, and then escorted to Omaezaki Port for further inspections and surveys.
