Energy Swan Secures Contract Extension with Wintershall Norge AS
Energy Swan, the large platform supply vessel (PSV), continues its successful partnership with Wintershall Norge AS through a newly secured contract extension. This agreement extends from the original charter contract established in 2013, which initially covered a firm duration of four years with an additional year of options. This continuation solidifies Energy Swan's role in supporting Wintershall’s operations in the North Sea region, further demonstrating the vessel's reliability and efficiency in the maritime industry.
Golden Energy Secures Four-Year Charter Agreement with Wintershall
Golden Energy, an offshore vessel operator backed by Victor Restis, has finalized a significant four-year charter arrangement with the German energy company Wintershall. This deal involves the 5,304-dwt Energy Swan, which was built in 2005. According to a statement from the Alesund-based firm, Wintershall will retain the vessel for a firm period of four years, with an additional four one-year extension options available. Furthermore, the 3,250-dwt Energy Insula, constructed in 2012, commenced its contract at the end of September and will operate until the end of the year. This timing coincides with the conclusion of a short-term contract for the Energy Swan with ConocoPhillips. This strategic partnership underscores Golden Energy's commitment to providing reliable offshore support in the energy sector.
