On May 8, 2019, at approximately 1:32 PM, the crew aboard the 'Esvagt Beta' reported a bottom touch incident while operating in Grådyb, close to Esbjerg. The offshore supply vessel had departed Esbjerg at around 12:30 PM, en route to an oilfield located in the North Sea. Following the occurrence, the Danish Maritime Authority has accepted that the vessel will undergo a thorough inspection upon its return to Esbjerg after completing its mission in the North Sea.

On May 4, 2012, the Water Police Emden uncovered significant breaches of the international environmental regulations as outlined in MARPOL during a routine inspection. The maritime authorities identified these infractions while scrutinizing an offshore supply vessel in Emden. Consequently, the captain was compelled to place a security deposit of €450. To ensure compliance, the BG traffic has detained the vessel at the North Quay in Hamburg until all noted deficiencies are rectified.
