Advantages:
During my time aboard this vessel, I had a positive experience. The crew exhibited a high level of expertise and were very approachable. However, it's worth noting that the entire crew changed out on the same day after a three-week period, which led to some fatigue among personnel due to prolonged interaction. The vessel primarily operated in a spot trading capacity.
Disadvantages:
Despite the enjoyable aspects, the uniform crew change schedule after three weeks may cause strain on crew dynamics as some members grow weary of each other.

Esvagt Launches First Service Operation Vessel for Offshore Wind Projects
Esvagt has officially commenced operations with its inaugural offshore wind Service Operation Vessel (SOV), named 'ESVAGT FROUDE', which went on contract on February 18, 2023. This vessel has been procured by Siemens Wind Power for a five-year commitment aimed at supporting the Baltic 2 offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea, including the transportation of personnel and services during both its construction and operational phases. Additionally, Esvagt's second vessel, 'ESVAGT FARADAY', is slated to begin its contract at the start of April 2023. This sister ship is provisionally secured for a decade to provide similar services for the Butendiek project, situated in the northern area of Germany's North Sea. The contracts for both vessels include options for extensions, illustrating a strong commitment to enhancing offshore wind operations. In line with its expansion, Esvagt has also ordered an additional vessel mimicking the specifications of the first two to service the Dudgeon offshore wind farm, which is currently under development off the eastern coast of the UK.
