On September 26, 2019, just after noon, the ferry "Express 4" collided with the quay at Sjællands Odde during its docking procedure. Following the allision, an investigation was promptly initiated, leading to the cancellation of ferry services for the remainder of the day. The repercussions extended to September 27, resulting in the cancellation of four round trips between Jutland and Zealand. Affected sailings included the departures from Aarhus at 07:45 a.m., 3:15 p.m., and 7:00 p.m., alongside the 11:30 a.m. sailing from Ebeltoft.
