Feng-De-Hai Ship Details and Seafarer Feedback

On March 26, 2020, the bulk carrier 'Feng De Hai' made its way to Istanbul anchorage after departing from Conakry, en route to Dneprobugskiy. The vessel's journey was overshadowed by a sorrowful event: the Captain reportedly succumbed to complications related to coronavirus. His remains were respectfully placed in a coffin and were taken ashore for repatriation to his homeland. Following this tragic incident, the ship continued its voyage, reaching Yuzhniy Anchorage in the early afternoon on March 30. In light of the recent events, a medical evaluation was initiated, and it is anticipated that the 'Feng De Hai' may be subjected to quarantine measures as a precautionary step.
