The MV Friendship S embarked on its inaugural voyage from Istanbul (MARDAS) on September 1, 2015, with its eyes set on Russian shores, particularly Azov port, where it is scheduled to arrive on September 5, 2015. Following this, the vessel will set sail from Azov to Istanbul and Gemlik on September 7, 2015, thereby facilitating additional links to North African countries. The itinerary is as follows: departing from Istanbul (Mardas) on 01.09.2015, arriving at Azov on 05.09.2015, leaving Azov again on 07.09.2015, reaching Gemlik by 16.09.2015, and returning to Istanbul (Mardas) on the same day. After the completion of this initial voyage, the Black Sea Express service is set to operate regularly every 10 days. With its state-of-the-art 40ft and 45ft Pallet Wide High Cube equipment, Containerships guarantees consistent, dependable, and timely departures and arrivals, connecting the key ports of Azov, Istanbul, and Gemlik while also facilitating trade routes to North Africa.
