Ocean Installer Secures Contract for Dunlin Field Operations
Fairfield Energy Limited has officially engaged Ocean Installer to undertake air diving services and light subsea construction initiatives at the Dunlin field. The scope of work includes comprehensive air diving operations on the Dunlin Alpha platform, located at -10m LAT, focusing on the installation of sleeves, clamps, and anodes. Additionally, the project encompasses various light construction, inspection, and repair tasks. Management of this project will take place from Ocean Installer's Aberdeen office, with onshore preparations set to commence immediately. Offshore activities are slated to begin in June 2023. To carry out these operations, Ocean Installer will utilize the Grand Canyon, a specialized offshore construction, ROV, and survey vessel owned by Canyon Offshore, which is part of Helix Energy Solutions.
