Eagle Bulk Shipping, Inc. (NASDAQ: EGLE) has officially announced the delivery of its latest vessel, the M/V GROTON EAGLE. This marks the sixth acquisition out of a total of nine Crown-63 Ultramax dry bulk sister vessels obtained from Greenship Bulk Trust. With the M/V Groton Eagle now part of the fleet, Eagle Bulk's operational count has increased to 46 vessels, which includes eight Ultramax ships. Furthermore, the company anticipates welcoming three additional Ultramaxes in the upcoming months, solidifying its position in the dry bulk shipping sector.
