The 'Haalogaland' was subsequently anchored in Revsnes as crews worked on resolving the issues.

On the evening of June 28, 2018, Trollhatten AS made the difficult decision to suspend the ferry service on the Refnes-Flesnes route due to technical difficulties with the vessel 'Hålogaland'. Although the issues were initially noted earlier in the day, the ferry continued its operations. However, the persistent problems ultimately led to the cancellation of services until further notice, as investigations and repairs were deemed necessary to ensure the safety and reliability of the ferry service.

On September 22, 2014, at 8:00 AM, the ferry 'Hålogaland', which operates between Flesnes and Lonin, experienced technical difficulties, leading to its suspension in Lonin. As a result, all ferry services on this route have been canceled until further notice. Operators remain optimistic that the 'Hålogaland' will resume its operations with a departure from Lonin at 8:00 PM.
