Havila Shipping ASA is thrilled to announce the signing of comprehensive contracts with Mærsk Oil, significantly bolstering its fleet of Platform Supply Vessels (PSVs). The contract includes the vessels HAVILA CLIPPER, HAVILA HEROY, and HAVILA FANO. Notably, HAVILA CLIPPER will operate under a firm three-year agreement starting from June 1, 2014, with an extension option for an additional year beginning June 1, 2017. Meanwhile, both HAVILA HEROY and HAVILA FANO have had their existing optional periods solidified and extended to five years, ensuring continuous service to Mærsk Oil. Following this new agreement, HAVILA HEROY is set to provide support to Mærsk Oil until December 2019, while HAVILA FANO's operations will continue until September 2020. In addition, Shell has affirmed its commitment to the PSV vessel HAVILA BORG, which is currently deployed in West Africa, declaring the first optional period of one year. HAVILA BORG is contracted to work for Shell up until July 2015, with the possibility of three additional optional years thereafter.
