A new charter has been finalized for the transportation of 170,000 tons of ore from Dampier to Qingdao. The terms include a freight rate of $8.10 per ton, with the loading process taking place on a scale basis. The discharge facility is set to receive 30,000 tons on a shinc basis. The operation is scheduled to take place between October 19 and 21, facilitated by Rio Tinto.
