In a significant expansion of its fleet, Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd has officially received its latest addition, the newbuilding Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier named 'Jag Aditi' (IMO 9478195). This impressive vessel, with a deadweight tonnage of approximately 80,700 DWT, was constructed at the renowned STX Offshore and Shipbuilding Co Ltd in South Korea. With the addition of 'Jag Aditi', Great Eastern Shipping's fleet has now grown to include 35 vessels. This modern fleet comprises 27 tankers, consisting of 10 crude carriers, 16 product tankers, and one LPG carrier, alongside 8 dry bulk carriers, which include 1 Capesize, 2 Kamsarmax, 1 Panamax, 3 Supramax, and 1 Handymax vessel. The fleet has an average age of 9.5 years, boasting a collective deadweight of 2.71 million DWT, reinforcing the company's position in the maritime industry.
