Both vessels, boasting a hopper capacity of 2,853 m3, departed the facility on schedule just 10 days after their arrival. Project Manager Ron Brusket highlighted the scope of work involved by stating: “There were no major repairs to be carried out; it was rather a case of completing quite a lot of relatively small jobs to get them both ready for action again.” The two sister vessels were serviced in Damen's well-equipped floating dock, which is 229 meters long and has a lifting capacity of 23,000 tonnes, adequately accommodating the duo. The yard's facilities also feature a 175-meter dry dock, a 215-meter covered dry dock, and three lay-by berths, ensuring a comprehensive range of services for maritime projects.
