Meanwhile, the 'Fushun,' having finished its own temporary repairs and the offloading of 22,030 metric tonnes of cargo allocated for Chittagong, sailed on September 28. The vessel is now bound for Mongla, where it will finalize the delivery of the remaining 22,000 tonnes of cargo on board.

On September 23, 2019, at precisely 12:05 p.m., a maritime incident occurred at Chittagong Outer Anchorage involving the product tanker 'Ocean Pluto' and the bulk carrier 'Fushun'. While maneuvering past the 'Fushun', which was securely moored, the 'Ocean Pluto' made contact with the vessel’s port bow and propeller, as well as its anchor chain. This allision resulted in significant damage to both ships. Surveyors representing all parties involved initiated a damage assessment on September 26. During this period, cargo operations continued unabated. The 'Ocean Pluto', which arrived at Chittagong at 6:40 a.m. on the same day, was carrying 32,362 tonnes of gas oil. Meanwhile, 'Fushun', having docked on September 20 at 4:50 p.m., was in the process of discharging its 44,030 tonnes of cement clinker into lighter vessels alongside.
