At approximately 5:00 a.m., the 'Flinterspirit' was successfully refloated with the help of high tide and subsequently escorted to safety in Stornoway. Once the vessel reaches the harbor on the Isle of Lewis, it will undergo a thorough inspection before it can resume its journey.
