DULUTH, Minn. (AP) — In an exciting start to the 2023 maritime shipping season, the first oceangoing vessel, the Kom, has arrived at the Port of Duluth-Superior. This Maltese-flagged ship glided beneath the iconic Aerial Lift Bridge around noon on Monday, captivating onlookers who gathered to witness the event under the beautiful spring sunshine.
