Working Conditions Aboard the Kmp.raja-Basa-1

On July 3, 2022, at approximately 4 p.m. WIB, the ferry 'Raja Basa 1' was involved in an allision with Pier 1 at Bakauheni Port in South Lampung (Lamsel). The vessel was reportedly affected by an underwater current, which led to it colliding with the harbor's fender, specifically striking with its starboard side bow and anchor. As a result of the incident, the ship sustained a noticeable dent in its hull, while the fender was dislodged. Fortunately, both the 'Raja Basa 1' and Pier 1 continued to operate without any significant disruptions following the accident.
