Collision Incident Between KMP 'Salvino' and KMP 'Raputra' in Merak
On December 25, 2021, a maritime incident occurred near Merak Port in Banten when the KMP 'Salvino' and KMP 'Raputra' were involved in an allision during severe weather conditions. The collision happened around 9 p.m. as the KMP 'Salvino' was unexpectedly swept from its mooring and struck the KMP 'Raputra'. Fortunately, although both vessels sustained damage, there were no reports of injuries among the crew or passengers.
