Engine Malfunction Strikes Bulk Carrier Karaagac Off Chennai

As a result, the vessel was anchored at the outer port of Chennai until July 2. Indian Maritime Authorities deemed "Karaagac" a threat to navigational safety and requested its relocation from the anchorage.
