The ferry's captain deemed it necessary to turn back when the crew was unable to manage the situation effectively. Upon arrival at the port, emergency services were on standby, including an ambulance and personnel from the Civil Guard and Port Police, ready to assist in managing the incident. Fortunately, after the situation was handled, the Levante Jet resumed its journey, albeit with delays to its scheduled services due to the unforeseen event.
