On August 25, 2022, the vessel 'River Orashi', carrying maintenance crews and anchored in the Gulf of Cadiz, faced an unintended incident. The ship, which was en route to Bonny with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) of October 1, was engaged in routine maintenance. A technician, while descending from the ship to a service boat after completing his tasks, unexpectedly fell into the water. Fortunately, he was quickly rescued but showed symptoms of hypothermia and was promptly transported to the hospital for treatment.
