Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has officially chartered the Stena RoRo-owned vessel, ARK FORWARDER, to bolster its service between Gioia Tauro and Radès. Contrary to previous announcements, MSC confirmed in a statement dated March 15 that the 2,715-lanemetre roll-on/roll-off (ro-ro) freighter will exclusively handle container shipments, foregoing the transport of any rolling cargo. This strategic move is aimed at optimizing cargo logistics on this key maritime route.
