In the early hours of February 19, 2025, the Milos Port Authority received urgent notifications regarding the ferry 'Nisos Rhodos'. The vessel, which had rerouted from its planned journey between Piraeus and Heraklion, was making an emergency approach to the port of Adamas. This necessary detour was prompted by the critical health condition of a 37-year-old passenger who urgently required medical attention. Once the ferry arrived, the passenger was swiftly transferred to an ambulance and taken to the Milos Health Center for immediate care. Following this incident, 'Nisos Rhodos' resumed its course to Heraklion but experienced a significant delay due to the unforeseen situation.

On the evening of December 7, 2019, the ferry 'Nissos Poros' encountered an electrical failure while navigating its usual route between Galatas and Poros. An inspection by the port captaincy revealed that a starter malfunction was the culprit behind the disruption. As a result, the vessel was prohibited from continuing its journey until necessary repairs were completed and a seaworthiness certificate was issued by the ship's registrar. In the meantime, another vessel stepped in to ensure the continuity of service for passengers.
