A crew member suffered severe foot injuries just moments before he was set to be transferred to a nearby satellite platform. Emergency medical services quickly responded, and the injured individual was airlifted by helicopter to a medical facility in Denmark for urgent care. The Danish Labour Inspection Authority has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident and has already conducted an inspection on site. It is noteworthy that the injured party was not an employee of the Ålesund-based Nordwind Offshore, the operating shipping company.
