On March 26, 2024, an incident involving the ferry 'Panorama' occurred while it was en route from Marmaris to Rafina. The Karystos Port Authority received notice from the vessel's captain regarding a mechanical failure caused by a malfunction in the second generator's cooling belt, resulting in a total loss of electrical power. The ferry carried 221 passengers along with their vehicles, as well as an 18-member crew on board. Fortunately, the 'Panorama' was able to navigate back to Marmaris under its own power. Upon arrival, all passengers were safely disembarked and assisted by the shipping company to continue their journeys. However, due to the incident, the Karystos Port Authority has prohibited the ferry from sailing until it undergoes necessary repairs and receives a maintenance certification from the relevant classification society.

On the morning of June 8, 2023, a dent was discovered on the port side of the ferry 'Panorama' near the loading line while docked at Rafina Port. The vessel was scheduled to depart for Marmaris, carrying 80 passengers along with 25 vehicles, two motorcycles, and five trucks. As a precautionary measure, the Central Port Authority of Rafina initially halted the ferry's departure. However, after the crew presented a class preservation certificate from the monitoring classification society, the 'Panorama' was cleared to proceed with its journey.

On August 20, 2021, at noon, the Captain of the 'Panorama' alerted the Port Authority of Rafina about a concerning issue: damage to one of the vessel's main engines during stern handling operations. Promptly responding to the situation, the authorities ensured that the ship was safely moored, enabling the disembarkation of all passengers and vehicles without incident. To prioritize safety, the Central Port Authority of Rafina initially restricted the vessel's departure until necessary repairs were conducted. Following the completion of those repairs, the ship was granted permission to embark, setting sail to Marmarion, where it docked on August 21 at 6:20 a.m.
