On July 5, 2026, at 5 a.m., the 'PM Crown' was intercepted by unauthorized individuals while navigating through the Malacca Strait, on its way to Singapore. The incident occurred at position 1° 11.80' N, 103° 25.10' E. Thankfully, the crew members emerged unscathed; however, they reported that several properties and provisions from the vessel had been stolen by the intruders.
