Under this agreement, DFDS will acquire two versatile ro-pax ferries β€” the Moby Wonder, built in 2001, and the Moby Aki, launched in 2005. The transaction is anticipated to conclude in the latter half of October 2019. Following this, DFDS will initiate a bareboat charter arrangement for the King Seaways and Princess Seaways from Moby, effective until January and February 2020, respectively.
