The Puteri-Delima-Satu: Crew Feedback and Vessel Data

On August 1, 2018, PETRONAS, through its subsidiary Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd (MLNG), achieved a significant milestone by delivering its first liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo to Hokkaido Electric Power Co., Inc. This historic delivery is the result of a 10-year Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) initiated on March 2, 2017, and represents the commencement of regular LNG supply to the Japanese utility company. The shipment is set to support Hokkaido Electric in the commissioning of its new LNG tank located at the Ishikari Terminal. The cargo traveled from the PETRONAS LNG Complex in Bintulu, Sarawak, aboard the LNG vessel Puteri Delima Satu, chartered by MLNG and operated by PETRONAS' subsidiary MISC Bhd (MISC).
