The Seven-Pacific: Crew Feedback and Vessel Data

On May 1, 2019, the cargo vessel m/v 'Industrial Charger' (IMO: 9213959) experienced an allision with the pier while entering the port of Takoradi. In addition to this event, the vessel made contact with the Isle of Man-flagged pipe layer 'Seven Pacific'. In response to the incident, both Portuguese and UK maritime accident investigation teams were deployed to assess the situation. Fortunately, no injuries or pollution were reported as a result of the allision. After completing its operations, the 'Industrial Charger' departed from Takoradi on May 15 at 1:15 PM and has since been moored at a position of 04° 53.69' N 001° 44.58' W. The 'Seven Pacific' left Takoradi on May 5 and successfully berthed at Mindelo on May 11, continuing its journey to the Bahamas the following day.

On March 9, 2010, at 13:00, the offshore vessel Seven Pacific (IMO: 9518311) embarked from the Merwede shipyard, setting its course for Rotterdam. This journey marks a significant step as the vessel is scheduled for outfitting with a state-of-the-art offshore crane and an advanced pipe lay tower, enhancing its capabilities for upcoming maritime projects.
