In a concerning incident on January 29, two crew members aboard the bulk carrier M/V Shanghai Spirit sustained serious injuries due to a scaffolding mishap at Port Alma, Queensland, Australia. The accident took place in the afternoon while the crew was engaged in routine maintenance involving scaffolding positioned within one of the cargo holds.
