Shen-Hai-Yi-Hao Ship Details and Seafarer Feedback

In an ongoing commitment to maritime security, the U.S. Coast Guard is actively monitoring five Chinese research vessels navigating through the U.S. Arctic region. The vessels involved include the 'Xue Long 2', 'Shen Hai Yi Hao', 'Zhong Shan Da Xue Ji Di', 'Ji Di', and 'Tan Suo San Hao'. As part of its operational efforts, the Coast Guard Arctic District has deployed a C-130J Hercules aircraft from Air Station Kodiak since August 13, aiming to maintain oversight on the activities of these vessels. Collaborating closely with U.S. Northern Command and Alaskan Command, the Coast Guard is dedicated to ensuring the security and defense of U.S. interests in the Arctic.
