In a strategic move, Siem Offshore has confirmed its agreement with O.H. Meling for the acquisition of the latter's 49% stake in Siem Meling Offshore DA (SMODA). This acquisition will elevate Siem Offshore’s ownership in SMODA to a full 100%. Notably, alongside this transaction, the vessel 'Siddis Mariner' will be transferred from SMODA to a company owned by O.H. Meling, with the effective date of delivery set for May 31, 2017.
